Storm Éowyn Compensation
We know how important your broadband connection is, and we’re sorry for the disruption caused by Storm Éowyn.
Where eligible, we’ll be offering compensation on a case-by-case basis to affected customers.
To request compensation, simply fill out the form below. We’ll review your claim, and if approved, apply a credit directly to your account. This will appear on your bill within the next 60 days, depending on your billing date.
- Compensation is available for service interruptions lasting more than 2 days.
- You can only submit a claim after your service has been fully restored.
- Compensation needs to be claimed within 30 days of service being restored.
What Happens Next?
You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your claim. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll send another email to let you know the outcome.
